Premier Plan Program Details:

Lost Income Reimbursement Coverage
 
 
 
  • As part of our standard coverage, the Premier Plan will reimburse you for income lost due to attendance required by CNA at defense proceedings.
  • The Plan now pays $250 per day, up to $5,000 per policy period.
Coverage for Regulatory Inquiry
 
 
 
 
 
  • The Premier Plan provides up to $2,500 in attorney fees, court costs and investigation expenses related to proceedings before a state licensing board or inquiry panel.
  • This coverage is applicable when there are no allegations of Malpractice.
Coverage for Subpoenas
 
 
 
 
 
  • The Premier Plan includes coverage for legal counsel relating to a subpoena for documents or testimony not related to a claim against you or your practice.
  • Legal advice on document production or on giving sworn testimony will be provided at your request and legal fees will be covered by the Plan.
Expanded Coverage for

  • Coverage for services as an executor, administrator or personal representative of an estate and as a trustee for a personal trust is included in the Premier Plan.

Defense Counsel

 

  • Is provided by CNA. All assigned counsel have experience in accountants' professional liability defense.
Innocent Insureds
 
 
 
  • Provides protection to innocent principals, partners and employees in the event of fraud or misrepresentation by another principal, partner or employee.
Extended Reporting Period
("Tail")
 

 
 
  • The period for reporting claims is automatically extended for 60 days beyond the normal or scheduled policy expirations.
  • Optional extended claims reporting coverage of one, three or five years is available in most states.
