Shopping for Homeowners Insurance?
Your home is most likely your largest investment, both financially and emotionally. Whether you rent or own your home, Brunswick Companies the experienced advice you need to protect your assets against loss due to fire, theft, vandalism or other covered perils.
Homeowners policies differ according to which losses are covered, which level of coverage you choose and what type of residence you own. A comprehensive policy can cover losses such as fire, hail, smoke, falling objects, vandalism and theft of personal property. Other policies cover only specific losses you want protection against. For additional premiums, other losses such as flood or earthquake can be covered.
Our personal lines specialists will listen to your needs, explain the scope of insurance protection you require and recommend a program that best meets your expectations and financial goals.

Your Responsibilities
Your Homeowners Insurance Policy will not cover damage due to poor maintenance.
You must complete an inventory of your household goods. You can do this by completing a list by hand or by computer, taking pictures and/or recording a video. Keep important receipts in a fireproof safe. Using two methods, such as a list and a video, can help expedite the claim resolution process.
